Frisco Fall Class Schedule

There are 18 classes across 18 weeks in the Fall 2026 semester.

 

Dates: (two-hour classes, one per week)

​

  • Starting week: August 10, 2026 (Monday)

  • No class:

    • Labor Day (September 7, 2026); makeup on November 23, 2026

    • Thanksgiving Week (November 24-29, 2026)

  • Final week: 

    • ​December 14, 2026; last class on December 20, 2026

   

 Locations: 

  1. Our Frisco classes are located at 9300 John Hickman Parkway #405 Frisco TX 75035.

  2. If unforeseen circumstances occur (including but not limited to a coach's car breaking down an hour before an in-person class or an outbreak at an in-person site), BrainMaster reserves the right to move up to two classes per semester from an in-person to an online class.BrainMaster will alert the impacted families to the change ASAP.

 

Health and Safety:

  1. BrainMaster endorses the use of great health resources like the Covid Safety and Planning Guide from the FISD and materials provided by the Collin County Health Agency.

  2. We mandate that all in-person teachers and students follow the health and safety guidance of the local school/district.

 

Nationals Teams:

​

  • All nationals teams require an INTERVIEW to be accepted. 

  • If you have passed the interview for your team in a prior year, you do not have to re-interview unless specifically requested.

  • Most classes are semester-by-semester. Nationals Team classes are year-round (starting in fall, ending in spring).

  • If you intend to join a Nationals Team, you are agreeing to treat that commitment as a primary extracurricular, spending anywhere from one to three weekends per month competing on weekends. Your goal is to work hard, practice with and without your coaches, and earn state/national recognition.

Irvine In-Person & Online Class Schedule

There are 17 classes across 17 weeks in the fall 2026 semester .

 

Dates: (two-hour classes, one per week)

  • Starting week: August 17, 2026  (Monday)

  • No class:

    • Labor Day (September 7, 2026); makeup on November 23, 2026

    • Veterans Day (November 11, 2026); makeup on November 24, 2026

    • Thanksgiving Week (November 25-29, 2026)

  • Final week: 

    • ​December 14, 2026; last class on December 20, 2026

Location:

  1. Our Irvine classes are located at 17062 Gillette Ave, Irvine, CA 92614.

  2. All our online classes are held over Zoom. You'll receive a Zoom link after registering.

Register for Classes

  1. Go to the checkout form.

  2. Select the times and locations for your class(es) from the drop down bar.

  3. If you believe you're entitled to a discount, write us a message at info@brainmaster.academy. We'll send you a coupon--personalized to you--to deduct the cost of your credit from the classes you want to select. Our coupon-based discounts include:

    1. EARLY BIRD: If payment and registration are completed before August 1, 2026, you get a 10% early bird discount (automatically reflected in the sales link below). This is a 5% discount for Nationals Team classes.

    2. EARLY BIRD #2: If payment and registration are completed before August 8, 2026, you get a 3% early bird discount (automatically reflected in the sales link below).

    3. MULTI-CLASS: If you register for two classes, you get a 20% discount on the second class. The discount applies to the less expensive of the two classes.

    4. COLLEGE: If a student signs up for a college counseling package (not a private session) and another ModernBrain class, including a Nationals Team competition class (in the same year), they are entitled to an additional 5% discount on the other ModernBrain class (one per semester).

    5. PRIOR CLASS CREDIT: if you have class credit with us, let us know so we can deduct it from your total before you make a purchase.

  4. All of our classes are discounted if students join after the start of the semester. This discount roughly matches the prorated value of the class in addition to (1) the time a teacher must take to update a student on the class's expectations and (2) access to the lesson material they missed.

  5. Cancellations submitted thirty (30) days or more prior to the class start date are eligible for a full (100%) refund.
    • Cancellations submitted eleven (11) to twenty-nine (29) days prior to the class start date are eligible for a partial refund of fifty percent (50%).
    • No refunds will be issued for cancellations submitted ten (10) days or fewer prior to the class start date.

  6. You must sign up and pay for a class at least 48 hours before attending that class. If you would like to purchase a class and attend class the same day, please call us at 1-707-466-6686. We need this time to make sure there is room in the class and, if not, to add another teacher.

  7. Pay for your class(es). You'll receive an email confirmation.

  8. Roughly a week prior to the class's start time, you'll receive a welcome email with any additional information you need to participate (if you're registering after the class's start time, this timetable will vary).
