Photo Release:
I hereby give permission for my child to be photographed and video recorded during their BrainMaster&ModernBrain activities. I understand these photo or video recordings will be used to keep a journal of activities, share during presentations and reports to our donors, and for promotional purposes, including (but not limited to) flyers, brochures, newspapers, and for internet advertising. If my child’s identity is disclosed, I know I should contact INFO@BRAINMASTER.ACADEMY to have their information redacted. I do not expect compensation for any advertising featuring my child. I understand all recordings are the property of BrainMaster&ModernBrain Corporation and its affiliates.BrainMaster& ModernBrain and its affiliates are not responsible for lost or damaged personal property.
