Frisco In-Person Class Schedule

There are 18 classes across 18 weeks of  in the Spring 2024 semester (in-person).

 

Dates: (two-hour classes, one per week)

  1. Starting date: January 8, 2024 (Monday)

  2. No class:

  • ​January 15, 2024 (MLK Day, Monday). All missed Monday classes will be offered a makeup class on May 20, 2024 (Monday).

  • March 11-17, 2024 Spring holiday​

   3.  â€‹Ending date: May 19, 2024 (Sunday).

 

Locations: 

  1. Our Frisco classes are located at 9300 John Hickman Parkway #405 Frisco TX 75035.

  2. If unforeseen circumstances occur (including but not limited to a coach's car breaking down an hour before an in-person class or an outbreak at an in-person site), BrainMaster reserves the right to move up to two classes per semester from an in-person to an online class. ModernBrain will alert the impacted families to the change ASAP.

 

Health and Safety:

  1. BrainMaster endorses the use of great health resources like the Covid Safety and Planning Guide from the FISD and materials provided by the Collin County Health Agency.

  2. We mandate that all in-person teachers and students follow the masking rules of the local school/district.

  3. All our instructors are vaccinated.

  4. We clean and disinfect our rooms after every class.

  1. If payment and registration are completed before 11/27/23 (for all non-Nationals Team and non-Lincoln-Douglas classes), you get a 8% early bird discount (automatically reflected in the sales link below).

  2. If payment and registration are completed before 12/04/23 (for all non-Nationals Team and non-Lincoln-Douglas classes), you get a 4% early bird discount (automatically reflected in the sales link below).

  3. If payment and registration are completed before 12/11/23 (for all non-Nationals Team and non-Lincoln-Douglas classes), you get a 3% early bird discount (automatically reflected in the sales link below).

  4. If two students register from the same household during the same semester, the second student gets a 10% discount. The discount applies to the less expensive of the two classes. [This discount does not apply to any Nationals Team class or private lessons. The discount applies to the less expensive of the two classes.]

  5.  If the same student registers for two classes during the same semester, they get a 20% discount for the second class. [This discount does not apply to any Nationals Team class or private lessons. The discount applies to the less expensive of the two classes.]

  6. If a student signs up for a college counseling package (not a private session) and another BrainMaster class, including a Nationals Team competition class (in the same year), they are is entitled to a 5% discount on the other BrainMaster class (one per semester).

  7.  All of our classes are pro-rated if students join after the start of the semester. Join any time! 

Here are your final steps! Please follow them closely.

 

  1. Click on the link below.

  2. Select your class(es).

  3. Select the times and locations for your class(es) from the drop down bar.

  4. Add your class(es) to your cart.

  5. When you're ready, use the cart in the top-right of the form to check out.

  6. If you believe you're entitled to a discount (sibling, multi-class, college counseling, or prior class credit), write it in the 'message' section of the checkout. Let us know if you want to be reimbursed directly or put it towards future class credit. If you're entitled to a reimbursement because of discounts, you'll have it back within five business days of your registration.

  7. Pay for your class(es). You'll receive an email confirmation.

  8. You'll receive some final paperwork to fill out (a Student Information Registration form and/or a Nationals Team Code of Conduct form, depending on your classes) within five business days of your registration.

  9. Roughly a week prior to the class's start time, you'll receive a welcome email with any additional information you need to participate (if you're registering after the class's start time, this timetable will vary).

  10. PLEASE NOTE: All scheduled events are subject to change. By signing up, you understand that no fees will be refunded or transferred unless a child is unable to participate due to an accident or illness per physician orders. You acknowledge BrainMaster does not offer refunds after class begins; in such an instance, any funds you distribute to BrainMaster may be reallocated towards class credit for a future term.
